It really was a kick to have the actors happily oblige. A lot of movie stars would not, but TV ensamble casts these days really get fandom and fans. Or at least make the effort.
I loved McDonnell from Dances With Wolves, and she is bloody amazing as the President in Battlestar. And she looked so beautiful and happy! lol.
